Currently serving retired or honorable discharged women veterans from one of the
following branches:

United States Space Force

A membership application MUST be filled out, and documents from the two options below MUST be provided.

Active Duty Applicants

  • Photocopy of Drivers License

  • Current LES (conceal SSN)

Honorably Discharged Applicants

  • Photocopy of Drivers License

  • Proof of military service (conceal SSN/benefits number before submitting): DD214/NGB22 Military discharge certificate

or

Failure to submit a completed application may exclude the applicant from consideration.
